Flamen V Slicer with Mandoline

I have wanted a kitchen mandolin for quite some time, and I finally got one. 

This model is the KitchenPro. It's made of very sturdy and thick plastics with stainless steel blades. 

Thank goodness there is a little instruction manual to help get to know all the particular cuts and uses, and how to assemble the unit. 

I really like the holder. It's made of a nice size, is easy to hold, and feels ergonomic when your palm surrounds it. No slipping of the hand here or accidentally cutting yourself on the sharp blades. The instructions warn to hand wash the blades, but the rest of the parts for this mandolin can be easily placed into the dishwasher. The entire unit is of high quality. I have used all four of the blades and they all worked well. I especially liked how so many of the parts are stackable. Overall, I am impressed with the excellent, well-made tool. I received this product in exchange for an honest review. Love it!
